2011 ADIA Dental Industry Professional Award Winner
             — Jessica Chasen

An award that recognises accomplishment at an individual level, the winner of the ADIA Dental Industry Professional Award was Jessica Chasen from Henry Schein Halas. Jessica won the award as a result of her stewardship of the Henry Schein Cares program. The driving force behind this initiative that brings together the dental profession, the dental industry and the community, Jessica’s contribution allows the program to help dentists provide services to those in need across Australia and overseas.

The judges recognised Jessica’s selfless work to support many programs that simply would not exist without her contribution. An inspiration to the entire dental industry, through her tireless work – much of which is volunteered – communities from Africa, Asia and across Australia have access to dental services that would otherwise have been unavailable.

The finalist for this award was Barry Lanesman from Investec for his dedication to providing the healthcare sector with tailored banking and finance solutions in addition to his demonstrated commitment to fostering the dental industry’s growth.
