2016-20 Strategic Plan — Invigorating Member Engagement

The focus of Australian Dental Industry Association (ADIA) is on engaging with businesses across the dental industry so that members set our agenda, fund our activities and directly benefit from the results.

As a member-driven organisation, we understand that ADIA best serves manufacturers and suppliers of dental products when we place them at the centre of all that we do.

The high levels of member engagement enjoyed by ADIA will be directed towards supporting objectives set out in the 2016-20 ADIA Strategic Plan in the following areas:

ADIA Strategic Plan Priority 4: Invigorating member engagement

  • Empowering ADIA's national committees to drive identifying policies, projects and priorities that support the manufacture and supply of dental products.
  • Building the role of the ADIA State Branches as a platform to bring members together, allowing them to build a sense of professional community.
  • Using IT infrastructure and ADIA's strong social media presence to provide timely business intelligence that is targeted to a member's specific interests.
  • Ensuring training programs support cost-effective workforce skills development.

 

The work of ADIA in this area is designed to help achieve our vision of an industry that empowers oral health professionals to advance the health and well-being of all Australians.
