Through their work on the ADIA-ARC Awards & Recognition Committee, individuals across the nation come together and establish programs that promote and recognise excellence within Australia's dental industry.

Amongst the initiatives spearheaded by this committee are the ADIA Dental Industry Excellence Awards which provide a platform to recognise excellence in the provision of quality products and services that support the work of dentists and allied oral healthcare professionals. The full range of responsibilities of this committee include:

Australian Dental Industry Awards —

The ADIA Dental Industry Excellence Awards which provide a platform to recognise excellence in the provision of quality products and services that support the work of dentists and allied oral healthcare professionals.

Industry Service Recognition —

Oversight of ADIA's industry service recognition which includes the annual recognition of businesses and employees who have worked in the industry in addition to a review of arrangements for life memberships and the president's service award.

The ADIA-ARC committee typically meets three to four times per year and much of the committee’s work is undertaken electronically with the secretariat functions being provided by ADIA national office staff. Members of the ADIA-ARC are appointed directly by the ADIA Board with committee secretariat functions being undertaken by the team in the ADIA national office. The ADIA-ARC committee membership currently includes:
