Member Engagement —
ADX20-OC Organising Committee

Throughout its ninety year history the Australian Dental Industry Association (ADIA) has worked to provide the nation's leading suppliers of products and services with opportunities to engage with dentists and allied oral healthcare professionals. Advice and guidance on such matters is provided by employees of ADIA member businesses through the ADX20-OC Organising Committee.

The ADX20-OC identifies initiatives that promote the products and services of ADIA member companies via dental exhibitions and online promotions in addition to providing members with advice on the benefits of attending other dental exhibitions. The committee's responsibilities include:

ADX Sydney Dental Exhibition —

The ADX20-OC committee works with the national office team to ensure that the ADX Sydney dental exhibition that attracts some 8,000 participants remains Australia's premier dental event.

ADX Online Product & Service Directory —

Monitoring the roll-out of the ADX Online product and service directory is a key responsibility for the committee which welcome feedback from both the dental industry and dental profession on this exciting tool.

ADIA Regional Exhibitions —

In collaboration with ADIA State Branches the ADX20-OC committee has oversight of regional exhibitions in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Perth which are all the largest state-based dental trade shows in their respective regions.

Managed Exhibitions —

The ADX20-OC reviews ADIA's work managing trade shows on behalf of associations representing dentists and allied oral healthcare professionals in specific areas.

The ADX20-OC typically meets three to four times per year and much of the committee’s work is undertaken electronically with the secretariat functions being provided by ADIA national office exhibitions team. Participation in the work of the ADX20-OC is open to any employee of an ADIA member company who is able to make a contribution to the work of the committee's membership which currently includes:
