One of the greatest benefits that businesses across the dental industry enjoy is the ability for their employees to get together with others that face similar challenges in order to share ideas and identify areas for collaboration. That is what the special interest groups convened by the Australian Dental Industry Association (ADIA) are all about.

Each of the special interest groups provides a vehicle for the dissemination of industry news and views in a particular field of interest. Drawing upon ADIA's extensive network of contacts from stakeholders across industry, government, and the dental profession, members of interest groups have access to information often not available to businesses that are not ADIA members. ADIA-EIG Employers' Interest Group

As is natural for an organisation that represents employers, ADIA-EIG Employers' Interest Group brings together individuals with an interest in the legal issues associated with creating jobs and employing people. [Visit Page]

ADIA-MIG Manufacturers' Interest Group —

In an environment in which international competition presents unique challenges for local manufacturers of dental products, the ADIA-MIG Manufacturers' Interest Group plays a vital role in bringing together local dental products producers to share insights as to what it takes to be a successful exporter. ADIA-LIG Dental Laboratory Interest Group —

Composed of people who are positive about the dental laboratory sector, the ADIA-LIG Laboratory Interest Group is actively working to promote an understanding of what it takes to be successful in a sector undergoing transformational change. [Visit Page]

ADIA-IIG Implant Interest Group —

The collective input and experience of members belonging to the ADIA-IIG Implant Interest Group is used to build a detailed understanding of this increasingly competitive market and identify opportunities to support growth across the dental implant sector. [Visit Page]

ADIA-OIG Orthodontic Interest Group

The ADIA-OIG Orthodontic Interest Group allows the nation's leading suppliers of orthodontic products to come together and support specialist dentists with an interest in adopting the pioneering new products developed by the industry. [Visit Page]

ADIA-SIG Software Interest Group —

With a membership that includes many vendors of dental practice management software, the ADIA-SIG Software Interest Group provides a forum to discuss changing technology and interoperability with software packages for accounting, patient record keeping, digital imaging, and electronic payment gateways.
