Once your business' membership of the Australian Dental Industry Association (ADIA) is approved a whole new world of business development opportunities will open up. That's hardly surprising as ADIA is a group of businesses that, just like yours, want to grow, create jobs and operate sustainably.
Be sure that your entire team gets involved in the may fascets of ADIA's work which will allow you to get in and not only learn about the environment in which dental products are manufactured and sold, but also make a positive change to the commercial, technical and regulatory environment.
Get Involved In Policy Advocacy Activities —
A large part of ADIA's work is associated with changing the way that government deals with the dental industry. If you have an interest in the work of the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) have one of your staff join the ADIA-PRPC Product Regulation Policy Committee. If you have a team member interested in tax policy or workplace relations, they'll enjoy being part of the ADIA-TCPC Trade & Commercial Policy Committee.
Strengthen Your Network of Professional Contacts —
Each quarter the ADIA State Branches convene a briefing which allow members to share ideas and exchange ideas. Representatives of new member businesses are most welcome to attend and it's a great way to strengthen your network of professional contacts. This is also where your membership certificate will be presented.
