Membership — Industry Service Recognition

The strength of Australia's dental industry is in people just like you, individuals of member businesses that are bound by a common commitment to customer service and providing the best products to dentists and allied oral healthcare professionals.

The Australian Dental Industry Association (ADIA) believes this commitment deserves to be recognised, that's why we present industry service badges as you reach important career milestones in the dental industry.

Employees in the dental industry who have achieved ten, twenty, thirty, forty and fifty years service in the industry receive a lapel pin embellished with a jewel ad a framed certificate presented.

The industry service badges are presented at each years' ADIA State Branch Christmas celebrations at an informal ceremony where colleagues from across the dental industry can join with you to commemorate your achievements.

As set out in the 2016-20 ADIA Strategic Plan, our vision for an industry that empowers oral health professionals to advance the health and well-being of all Australians. The presentation of service badges is just one way that we work to recognise individuals who play a role in achieving this vision.

Member Engagement —

ADIA provides leadership, strategy, advocacy and support. Our members set our agenda, fund our activities and directly benefit from the results. With respect to the Association's work to ensure that the membership provides a meaningful return on each member's investment, the team in the ADIA national office receive advice and guidance from members serving on the ADIA-MSC Membership Services Committee and who attend ADIA State Branch briefings.
