The Australian Dental Industry Association (ADIA) is the peak business organisation representing manufacturers and suppliers of dental products and has elected a new state president for ADIA New South Wales. Mr Ryan Green will serve a two-year term ending late 2020.

Mr Green is the General Manager of William Green, one of the nation’s oldest and most respected dental companies and a local manufacturer of dental products. Upon his appointment he spoke of the honour that his colleagues have given him.

“Over the next two years I look forward to working with stakeholders across ADIA as we help our members grow sustainable businesses through representation, promotion, information, and education,” Mr Green said.

Mr Green spoke highly of ADIA’s positive engagement with the dental profession.

“ADIA recognises the symbiotic relationship that exists between the dental industry and dental profession. The interests of both dentists and suppliers are intertwined and we look forward to working together on matters of shared interest,” Mr Green said.

The newly elected ADIA New South Wales State Vice President is Ashleigh Stanford from Ultradent Products Australia.

Australia’s dental industry is responsible for around $2.263 billion in products and services supplied to dentists and allied oral healthcare professionals nationally. More than 95% of this economic activity is driven by ADIA member businesses.
