The ADIA Standard Equipment Sale Contract was last reviewed in 2011 to ensure its consistency with requirements set out in the Australian Consumer Law insofar as they apply to business-to-business dealings. It is expected that this task group will meet monthly until December 2016 with the aim of publishing a new version of the agreement early in the new year. Meetings will be held via teleconference.
