ADIA was formed in 1925 to allow the dental industry to come together, understand and positively influence the commercial, technical and regulatory environment in which dental product is supplied. Membership is open to companies that supply:
Dental equipment and consumables;
Dental implants and prosthetics;
Consulting, legal and regulatory affairs services;
Software used in dental surgery and laboratories; and
Dental surgery and laboratory design and fit-out services.
Recognised by government as the peak representative body for the dental industry, ADIA affords suppliers of quality dental to directly influence the regulatory framework managed by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), and also work towards the international harmonisation of the medical device regulatory framework through the International Medical Device Regulators Forum (IMDRF).
Members are also granted access to a range of benefits and services that provide assistance with professional and career development. Discounts are also available to participate in dental exhibitions.
