The Australian Dental Industry Association (ADIA) is recognised by stakeholders at a Parliamentary and Departmental level as a source of sound policy advice on matters affecting the dental industry. This places ADIA in a strong position to be an effective advocate on behalf of the industry when asked by Government to review reforms of interest to the industry.

ADIA Quarterly Regulatory and Technical Forum
The Australian Dental Industry Association (ADIA) runs a quarterly forum on regulatory and technical matters. This forum gives employees of member businesses the opportunity to provide feedback on Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) consultations as well as hear about recent TGA developments. The forum also provides the opportunity to discuss any other regulatory or policy issues.
ADIA's approach is underpinned by Australia's dental industry operating as a single, integrated market. ADIA therefore works on behalf of its members to ensure that, as far as possible, regulatory change is universal and uniformly applied rules of market conduct apply to all market participants regardless of their location.
As the peak representative body for suppliers of quality dental products, ADIA policy is developed by, and on behalf of, members in pursuit of a vibrant dental industry where government supports business growth and workplace innovation, protects consumers and removes excessive regulation.
