Directors Appointment Responsibilities
- Review Board size, composition and profile; recommend changes.
- Set selection criteria and identify nominees; retain search and legal advisers as needed.
- Assess qualifications of proposed appointees or nominees.
- Recommend candidates for election at the AGM or to fill vacancies.
- Through the National President, secure consent to act for approved appointees.
- Recommend composition of Board Subcommittees and National Committees; review annually and fill vacancies.
