The Australian Dental Industry Association (ADIA) believes this commitment deserves to be recognised, and that's why we present industry service badges as you reach important career milestones in the dental industry.

Employees in the dental industry who have given ten, twenty, thirty, forty and fifty years of service in the industry are presented with a lapel pin and a framed certificate.
