In response to the Sex Discrimination Commissioners Respect@Work Report, there has been a seismic shift in the way our laws tackle sexual harassment and the way regulators are dealing with it.  This webinar will focus on the new ‘positive duty’ all employers most demonstrate and how this can be achieved. It will also help you understand what sex-based harassment is and share tips on getting your business aligned with the new laws.
