Louise is an accomplished financial and strategic leader with 26 years of financial services experience. She has led high-performing teams, driven strategic initiatives, and built strong stakeholder engagement across various industries. Her expertise spans financial leadership, governance, and operational strategy, making her a trusted advisor in navigating complex business landscapes.
Currently, Louise is the co-founder of an exciting new mental health initiative set to launch in 2025, aimed at improving access to and delivery of mental health services. She is passionate about creating meaningful impact through innovation and collaboration in the healthcare space.
Beyond her corporate career, Louise has held key leadership roles in the not-for-profit sector. She is the Immediate Past Chair of the Australian Dental Research Foundation (ADRF), where she supported research that advances the future of dentistry in Australia. She also previously served as President of the Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Women’s Shelter, advocating for and supporting women experiencing domestic violence and homelessness.
With a strong background in financial leadership, strategic growth, and community advocacy, Louise remains dedicated to fostering positive change in both the healthcare and social impact sectors.
