Learning To Work Youth Training & Employment Advocacy

The youth unemployment rates and participation by young people in the work force are unacceptable and require urgent attention. It is of concern to both ADIA and AusChamber which are actively working to create an environment in which business is better able to provide career opportunities for young people.

To ensure that businesses across the dental industry have access to the highest quality industry skills programs, many of ADIA's programs are delivered in partnership with key stakeholders including CSU Charles Sturt University and MEGT Employment and training services.

Member Engagement

ADIA provides leadership, strategy, advocacy, and support. Our members set our agenda, fund our activities, and directly benefit from the results. With respect to the Association's work to support member businesses up-skill their employees, the team in the ADIA national office receive advice and guidance from members serving on the ADIA-ISPC Industry Skills Projects Committee.
