Sydney Meeting Facilities

One of the great things about being a member of the Australian Dental Industry Association (ADIA) is that your business has free access (excluding a small fee for incidentals for groups over seven people) to meeting facilities in Sydney. From discreet client meetings, a venue to interview prospective staff, through to training courses and seminars, the member meeting facilities are sure to be of value.

The ADIA's member meeting facilities are located in inner-south Sydney, approximately two kilometres from the airport and six kilometres from the central business district. Readily accessible by public transport, it is an ideal venue.

ADIA Member Lounge

This workspace is ideally suited for meetings of two or three people and the lounge includes couches and a round table. Whether you're in town and want to meet with colleagues and clients or conduct staff interviews, this private space is sure to impress.

The member lounge has free wifi, a large-screen television for presentations, a conference telephone, and even a Nespresso coffee machine.

ADIA Multi Function Meeting Space (Conference Room)

Recognising the high costs paid by member businesses for training rooms in Sydney, ADIA created this multifunction meeting space so that members can host business meetings, seminars, courses, and similar events.

It can easily accommodate a boardroom-style meeting for around fourteen people in a u-shape configuration, twenty-four people in a classroom set up and forty in a theatre style arrangement.

This room has abundant natural light and a small outdoor balcony overlooking the Sydney city skyline which is great for coffee breaks. There is a large Nespresso coffee machine and a small kitchenette for catering purposes.

The multifunction meeting space is equipped with a lectern, and for presentations there are two extra-large LED television screens plus an overhead data projector. Presenters have access to premium high-speed wifi and there is also standard wifi for all event guests.

There is no cost to ADIA member businesses to use the facilities (excluding a small fee for incidentals for groups over seven people) which can be booked for use during business hours, evenings, and on weekends.

Book Your Meeting Space Today

We are only taking meeting room bookings from ADIA members.

Recognising the symbiotic relationship that exists between the dental industry, dentists, and allied oral healthcare professionals, these meeting rooms are also available without charge to associations in the dental and oral healthcare area. The rooms are also available for a nominal charge to industry associations that are members of the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI).

If your business would like to enquire about meeting room availability simply contact ADIA via email at membership@adia.org.au or by telephone on 1300 943 094.
